Whining and the iPhone
Let me get this out first… The iPhone is a really cool phone. I don’t want one and I am happy with my Windows Mobile phone. I do really miss the crackberry, but the company won’t pay for it anymore….
So with that discloser out there, I have to say the whining about the iPhone is ridiculous… Michael Arington of TechCrunch “officially quit the iPhone”… Why? Because he can’t use a competitive service with an ATT phone.
Seriously, that is it. He wants to use “Google Voice” while on the ATT network. Gee, I wonder why ATT and Apple don’t want somebody to use a competitive product? I would like to surf CNET on TechCrunch’s dime, I would like to buy a Big Mac from Burger King, I would like my Ford to be a Honda and I would like to use the Bing search engine on Google.
Yep, that is whole reason… There are days when I wonder how we will survive with how self-centered people are in the media.
As a note: Google Voice looks pretty interesting and I can see why it could be useful…
