MSDN – ramp up

I was reading through some blogs and came across this post on the ASP.net‘s weblogs. The logo is a bit weak, but the idea is solid! What a great idea for Microsoft to develop. A website devoted to helping developers and novices sharpen their skills on Microsoft products.

I have been working on C# (.NET 3.5) for a few months. After getting a shot with DreamSpark (back in college) and working with Visual C# 200 Step by Step (ironically by John Sharp), I have made some decent progress. Now RampUp is an additional resource I can tap into!

This is exactly the way to get more people involved in learning to develop against Microsoft platforms. Good ideas need to be highlighted and this is another sign of Microsoft charting a new path.
